Terms of Use

Maexo is operated by IDG MEDIA ("Maexo", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or mobile app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: apps@idgm.io.

Maexo is an educational service. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice, we do not manage portfolios, and we are not a licensed broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. Nothing in the app is an offer, solicitation, personal recommendation, or advice to buy or sell any asset. Any decision you make is your own.

Trading and investing involve substantial risk. Leveraged products (including CFDs) and crypto assets magnify both gains and losses and are not suitable for everyone. You may lose all of your invested capital; never risk funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use automated tools to extract content or data from the service
• copy, resell, republish, or redistribute AI-generated output, market data, or educational content
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the underlying logic of the service
• circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication, or paid or gated areas
• use the service unlawfully, to harass others, or to upload malicious code

The service, its design, content, and the MAEXO name and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own non-commercial, educational purposes. All other rights are reserved.

If you choose to request a callback, your details may be shared with a licensed financial partner who may contact you for an educational conversation. We act as an introducer only: we do not hold or receive your funds, execute trades, give advice, or supervise the partner. Using a partner's services is entirely optional and any relationship you form with them is solely between you and them, under their terms and their regulator. We may receive compensation for such introductions, which does not increase any cost to you and is not a recommendation, endorsement, or warranty. We are not liable for a partner's conduct, solvency, fees, platform, or for any loss you suffer in dealing with them.

After signing up we may present an optional, one-time opportunity: a free introduction call with a licensed, regulated broker. Accepting is entirely voluntary and you may decline. If you accept, your contact details may be shared with the broker subject to their own terms. MAEXO is not a broker, does not receive your deposit, and does not execute trades. Your account, funds, and trading with any broker are entirely your own responsibility and are governed by your agreement with that broker. We give no warranty about any broker and accept no liability for their acts, omissions, charges, or for any loss of capital you incur with them.

The service may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control and are not responsible for. If you use our mobile app, your use is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

With your permission we may send push notifications and service-related emails. Marketing messages are only sent where you have opted in, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings or via the unsubscribe link.

Market data and AI-generated content can be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We make no promise of profit, gain, accuracy, availability, or any educational or financial outcome. Any figures, examples, charts, screenshots, testimonials, or illustrations shown in the app or in our advertising are for illustration only, are not typical results, and are not a promise or projection of performance.

The service is provided free of charge and is educational only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including:

• trading, investment, or crypto losses, including losses arising from leverage, margin, or liquidation
• any decision you make after reading AI output, market data, news, briefings, alerts, or educational content
• inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable data or content
• the acts or omissions of any third party, including any broker or partner you are introduced to
• service downtime, errors, bugs, or loss of data
• loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights. If any part of this section is held unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full force.

By using the service you confirm that:

• you use the service entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions
• you will not be compensated by MAEXO for any trading, investment, or financial loss, however caused
• you understand AI-generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and is not advice
• to the fullest extent permitted by law you waive and release any claim against MAEXO, its owners, staff, and affiliates arising from your use of the service, from AI or market content, or from any introduction to a broker or partner
• no statement in the app, in a notification, in an email, or in any advertisement may be treated as a personal recommendation or as a promise of any result

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete account, or via our account deletion page. See our Privacy & Disclosures for full details.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date below, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence.
