Delete by email
If you cannot sign in, email apps@idgm.io from the email address on your Maexo account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 30 days (usually within 72 hours).
Request partial deletion
Prefer to keep your account but remove some information? Email apps@idgm.io describing exactly what you want removed (for example: phone number, country, or display name). Your account stays active and only the items you list are removed.

What we may keep, and why
We may keep a minimum of information that we are legally required to retain (for example, fraud-prevention and regulatory records). Anything kept is the minimum required by law and is removed once that obligation ends.
